Admissions Process
 
We’re excited you’re considering joining the Lumin community!
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate our admissions process:

1. Schedule a Tour (optional) 

We’d love to show you around our campus to help you decide if Lumin is the right fit for your family.
•    Duration: 45 minutes
•    Audience: Parents/caregivers only

2. Submit an Inquiry (Optional – Online)

 

Have questions before applying? 
Use the QR code provided to submit an inquiry and connect with our Admissions Office.

3. Submit an Application (Online)

Lumin uses Blackbaud Education Management for our online admissions process.
  • Click the application button below to begin
  • You’ll create a Blackbaud account (your Lumin MySchoolApp account) and complete the initial application.
  • After submission, our Admissions Office will guide you through completing your Application Package, which includes:
    • Application Part 1
    • Application Part 2
    • Supporting documentation (if applying for Indexed Tuition)

4. Financial Preview (Pre-K - 1st Grade)


Once your Application Package is complete, we’ll post a Financial Preview to your MySchoolApp account. This will include:
  • Your family’s Indexed Tuition Tier determination
  • Associated tuition and fees
  • Information on space availability in your child’s age group and tuition tier
  • Optional responses for how you’d like to proceed based on this information

5. Family Interview


If space may be available and you choose to continue—or if you opt to be considered for a higher tier with availability—we’ll schedule a Family Interview.
•    This is an on-campus visit with you and your child.

6. Finalize Enrollment


You’ll receive an Admissions Decision within 10 days of your Family Interview. If offered enrollment:
•    You’ll be asked to accept or decline
•    If you accept, an Enrollment Contract will be posted
•    To secure your child’s space, submit the signed contract and non-refundable Enrollment Fee within 2 days after being posted
•    Tuition payment plan begins May 1, 2026
